Job Purpose
•QA Engineering & Test Management / Execution
•Lead and execute the quality and performance assurance practices activities across Platforms & Architecture by implementing CI/CD best practices together with the vendors and discovers & implements required tooling to support these activities
Major Accountabilities
•Assess and track the quality of technical specifications and ensure that they are in line with business and technology needs
•Collaborate with the suppliers to discover and implement required tooling to support QA & Testing activities
•Act as key point of contact for all quality assurance (QA) aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating with all involved teams including development, QA, and other release management teams
•Contribute to overall testing strategy; preparing and maintaining testing environment
•Actively collaborate with solution engineers, application developers, project managers and business partners to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness
•Design, develop, and execute test cases using test plans and project requirements/specifications
•Oversee comprehensive test case development, test data repository management, test plan development
•Create test summary artifacts and developing, maintaining, and executing automation of test scripts
•Write and execute automated checks, and identify, analyze, and report bugs
•Work with Business Partners and other stakeholders to support and gather feedback from user acceptance testing (UAT)
Key Performance Indicators
•Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact.
•Launch of innovative technology solutions across Sandoz at scale.
•Business impact and value generated from TT solutions.
•Adoption and development of Agile, Productization and DevSecOps practices.
•Operations stability and effective risk management.
•Feedback on customer experience.

Role Requirements
Ideal Background
Education:
•Master of Science degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science or related field
•Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies; certification is a plus
Languages:
•Fluent in written and spoken English
Skills:
•Experience with change management through process engineering and/or participating in large-scale IT change / transformation programs
•Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills to present features and solution recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Experience:
•Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
•Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
•Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
•Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
•Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
•Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
