About the Role

Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the role)

Customer service assistant supports the company's customers with the service they need. His or her responsibilities include receiving incoming calls, coordinating orders, following up on customer complaints, organizing transportation, elaborating tenders, and other administrative matters in support of other departments.

The position can be carried out from Porto or from Lisbon

Main responsibilities

Customers
- Reception of daily orders from customers
- Sending orders to the Porto - Radiopharmacos website
- Confirmation to customers upon receipt of order
- Daily shipments in PHC
- Transport planning and daily monitoring
- Mapping of Doses of radiopharmaceuticals, placed in the network and their motorization
- Monitoring of Certificates and their registration in the network of the doses delivered each day
- Archive of Delivery Notes sent by the transporter
- Archive of the delivery notes of the network clients
Sending of production dates e-mail to clients
- Map of delivered doses with calibration times and radiopharmaceuticals
- Daily customer invoicing
- Sending weekly customer invoices
- 2nd copy of delivery notes sent to customers on request
Public Tenders:
- Consultation in the daily platform (Vortal and Others)
- Daily e-mail with information about tenders
- Analysis of Tender Specifications
- Elaboration of proposals and tender documents
- Map of tender proposals answered and awarded
- Network archive of received documents/reports
- Folder archiving of documents/reports received
Suppliers
-Elaboration of the Purchase Orders in (PHC)
-Sending the Purchase Orders to suppliers

Education: University degree


Experience / Professional requirements: 5 years’ experience in C. Service

Languages: English
