Job Summary/Purpose :
Operate the entire lifecycle of the IAM solutions and troubleshoot any problems.
Support the control and definition of IAM management policy and instructions within the company, and the design of new IAM solutions.
Enhance the quality of the IAM security solutions in all aspects of stability, availability, development, training, and documentation.

Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- End-to-end accountable for managing the Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Optimize day-to-day operations and adopt automation wherever possible and secure.
- Act as an expert point of contact for data access and protection of sensitive credentials.
- Document IAM processes and build repository of procedures, guidelines and training materials when relevant.
- Ensure the adherence to the security processes for the solution lifecycle: Incident & Request, Change, Problem, Event & monitoring, Knowledge, Configuration, CMDB among the principal ones.
- Actively participate in the design and execution of global managed projects, proof of concepts and platform operations to drive a IAM best practice and evaluate new technologies.
- Lead and provide guidance in implementing complex IAM projects, as well as lead and develop specific security strategies and technical feasibility studies.
- Direct the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and on-going management of new and existing services.
- Work with compliance, audit, risk, and security teams to ensure that significant risks related to the service are identified and actions are taken to ensure that they are managed and compliant with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements affecting the enterprise.
- Prepare and review service performance reports identifying any significant issues and variances, initiating, where necessary, corrective actions and ensuring that all outstanding issues are followed up.

Role Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
- University degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering or information technology or other relevant field.
- Certification or accreditation in IAM (e.g.: Certified Identity and Access Manager) a plus
- Certification or accreditation in Information Security (CISM, CISA, CISSP, AZURE, ITIL, etc.), a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- At least 10 years of experience in Information Security; experience of managing IAM operations in regulated environment a plus
- Knowledge of and experience with key IAM concepts such as AAA, SSO, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, Identity Governance and life-cycle management, RBAC / ABAC, PAM, IDaaS, etc.
- Knowledge of and experience with key IAM technical components such as Azure Active Directory and B2B/B2C collaborations, Authentication & Authorization standards & protocols (e.g.: Kerberos, SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth etc.), MFA, PIM, etc.
- Familiarity with 3rd party IAM products is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills ability to develop influential relationships with different stakeholders across all levels
- Change Management Champion with experience in leading teams through large-scale IT change / transformation programs
- Highly experienced people leader with the ability to lead and develop diverse teams across wide geographies
