As a QC Administrator (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the quality and timely preparation of Certificates of Analysis, and for the distribution of samples and documentation, in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices, and business objectives.
Your key responsibilities:
• Creation of Certificates of Analysis.
• Responsibility for the archiving of Batch Records and release documents.
• Compilation of documents for the release of medicines to the market.
• Reconciliation of priorities for the release of medicines to the market.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment.
• Other tasks determined during the annual objectives setting process and by KPIs.
• Implementation of and compliance with all the instructions and requirements for safety at work, environment protection, and property protection.
• Responsibility for personal and professional development.

What you will bring to the role:
• Secondary school degree in pharmacy, chemistry or other related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
We offer temporary employment, with a 6-month probation period.
