About the Role

Your key responsibilities:
• Ensure shop floor resource planning is adequate in correlation with planned production workload.
• Ensure that human and technical resources are used effectively in order to achieve the objectives set.
• Responsibility for personal and professional development, and for the development of associates.
• Develop trusting and respectful relationships.
• Translate the strategic objectives of his/her/diverse team into detailed objectives and action plans.
• Engage and motivate the team and deliver strong results with an empowered team.
• Actively stimulate collaboration between the team members of the different PU / SU.
• Ensure the conformity of the manufacturing unit activities with regard to GMP and HSE rules, Novartis quality/safety policies, standards and procedures.
• Promote and improve the Safety and Quality cultures, by implementing the necessary systems and actions in line with the development of the site.

Role Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• University-level degree (chemistry, pharmacy, economics or other equivalent degree).
• 3 years of working experience in the field of manufacture.
• Functional knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
