The Engagement Project Manager will develop, coordinate and execute/implement projects, based on an in-depth bottleneck analysis of the patient journey in line with strategic, tactical and regional account plans so that optimal market growth can be achieved.
This is a challenging team role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for driving results. You will work closely with other members of your team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities:
• Develop an in-depth patient journey in close collaboration with the team and based on data;
• Execute and optimize a bottleneck analysis of the patient journey;
• Develop projects together with the TA squad and Brand Team to solve for hurdles/bottlenecks in the patient journey;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with opinion leaders to define, validate and implement projects related to patient journey;
• Ensure accurate project planning and execution/implementation, including buy-in from customer facing teams;
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects, based on agreed upon KPIs;
• Maintain and build a strong relationship (on a regular basis) with regional customer-facing teams to support and realize current and future product & project objectives;
• Anticipate future trends that may affect product performance and potential.

Role Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Minimum HBO or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, life sciences).
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a project manager in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A passion for driving results.
Desirable Requirements:
• Project management & experience within therapeutic area.
• Experience in customer facing roles: sales, marketing or other.
