About the Role

Purpose of this role is to ensure daily support to Customer Engagement Managers, Field Marketing Leads and Medical Science Liaisons related to different administrative activities within CRM Systems.
You will be responsible for the stable operation, administration and continuous development of our CRM (manage territory and role hierarchies, data change request and MCCP (Multichannel cycle plan) process, create a new user, detail products and account list, etc…)
You will work in a close cooperation with Customer Insights and Engagement Effectiveness Lead and Digital Operation and OCE Specialist.


Major accountabilities:
• Ensure that data is accurately maintained, providing oversight and monitoring of data entry & updates and using system checks for duplicate records.
• Bridge the gap between the CRM system and employees who interact with it and resolve any potential problems, ability to assist in trouble shooting of ad hoc issue.
• Escalate reoccurring technical issues to the relevant support teams (ticket opening and follow up).
• Maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care, ensure the CRM’s accuracy and reliability.
• Support commercial & medical teams with RTE/MTE & mass email creation, implementing emailing campaigns in BeePro and OnCore and providing relevant reports.
• Responsible for Consent Management.

Role Requirements

• Team oriented, able to contribute and collaborate within multifunctional team
• Advanced usage and knowledge of MS Office
• Active usage and knowledge (writing, speaking, reading) of Croatian and English is a must

This role is based in Zagreb so all applicants must be willing to relocate to Croatia (on local contract) therefore Croatian citizenship will be considered an advantage.
We offer a contract for definite period of time of one year, trough or staffing partner (3rd party contract).
