About the Role
500! This is the number of Finance Digital challenges looking for a solution. We count on you to come up with best IT solutions and work with a high dedicated Finance Digital Product Team.
The role purpose is for Product delivery and/or operations in the given Finance business capability. Partner with Business Stakeholders and TT Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary technology service to business and act as the primary connection between Finance end to end Solution delivery and the Digital business for a given capability.
• Own and Drive the end to end Technical Product Delivery and solution design of finance system solutions in alignment with design and architectural standards, while meeting quality, performance, security and business requirements. Manage project teams in different locations.
• Understand the processes, plans, objectives, drivers, and issues related to the business capability, as well as the appropriate external policies and regulations and ensure IT services are aligned with business strategy, business objectives, business requirements, standards and regulations
• Identify and qualify new demand with overall responsibility for steering proposals through the early phases of approval and provide IT consulting to the capability stakeholders, educate them on IT processes and methodologies and drive adoption of global solutions
• Significantly contribute and drive multi-year, large-scale product roadmaps for key finance processes on global & headquarter core applications with significant impact on Novartis financial results
• Establishes scalable, efficient, automated solutions for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation.
• Initiate and drive projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance and ensure digital technology impact analysis is provided to business and communicate complex data or algorithms into simple conclusions that will empower leadership to drive action based on the insights you derive.
• Collaborate in multi-functional teams to evaluate business activities, and then develop innovative and effective approaches to tackle team’s analytics problems and communicate results and methodologies.

Role Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• University working and thinking level, degree in technical computer science or information security area or comparable education/experience with 10+ years of relevant professional IT experience in the related functional area
• Deep, hands-on technical and operational expertise with IT technologies like: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BI/ BW, Embedded BPC or IP , SAP BW/4HANA.
• Solid experience in data modeling and preparing datasets, merging, appending, custom hierarchies, custom calculations, data wrangling, dimensions and measures.
• Experience in creating stories, advanced story designing techniques including blending data, formulas, cross calculations, input controls, linked analysis etc.
• Experience with analytic applications and analytic designer, screen layout, widgets, custom scripts JavaScript, R.
• Solid experience in Java Scripting for delivering Analytical applications using SAC.
• Knowledge of SAC as a planning tool for processes like budget, planning, forecast, rolling forecast etc.
Desirable Requirements:
Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, other data analysis technologies used for Data Engineering , machine learning.
